German gingerbread biscuits

Here I am mixing up the ginger, butter, syrup, sugar, bicarbonate of soda and flour.

I’ve made the mixture and now I’m rollin
g it.

Gingerbread men on the greaseproof paper and ready for the oven. Another tray to make!

Carefully does it so the arms don't fall off.

The oven's at 200c.

In they go. 12 mins is the plan.

It's decoration time.

A bit of red as well I think.

Beautiful.

Sister Jo is having a go as well.

Martin is a teacher so he knows all about this homework stuff.

Here's my finished gingerbread man.

Sister Jo's looks good...and she's eating it.

Delicious.
